1. Leader of Ballas.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to be leader of this organization, because i have been involved in gang activities and the crime scene since i joined to the server. I have been part of every gang there is multiple times, seen through all of the events hundreds of times, planned them and lead them. Been passionate about gangs since start and my ambition is just growing day by day. Also the server just launched recently and is gaining more n more new players everyday so i want everyone to have the best RP experience possible from the start.
I have had the deputy rank in multiple top gangs for almost a year now. I have lead successful turf teams, hosted multiple global events and always had a good non toxic relationship to the other gangs.
One important thing i have is connections to other ex higher ups / leaders from old gangs and families. I am willing to use all of the guys i have met since the start and use the experience and our combined skills to try our ultimate best to rise to the top.
I've been in many gangs where new players are being bashed, because they don't know everything straight from the bat and that so their been limited to experience certain stuff in the gang. In my gang everybody has chance to learn and everybody has chance to join every activity the city has to offer and learn further and grow to community even bigger.
3. My Plans/Efforts to make the RP experience better.
Host global events like tuning meetups, boxing events and many more.
Host as many store robberies as possible, try create a lot of RP situations with the police and FIB, let others lead the situations and robberies too so everyone improves their knowledge and RP Skills.
To improve teamwork I want to participate in EVERY event like Clandestine, Battleship, Submarines, FZ Raids.
I want to be more strict when it comes to phrases to describe stuff like “a god is watching” “im calling a god” phrases like these should not be a part of the RP so i want to punish people who use these phrases.
We are always trying to present new event concepts to increase the RP on the server and to be at the forefront and to show the other "citizens" what you can do with RP, for example. big bank robbery/hostage-taking, Ammorob as a craftsman in gang color, lowrider tours followed by tuning meetings, fight nights etc.
