1. I want to be leader of this organazation since I feel like i have alot of experience and have held alot of ranks in my journey of LEO experience

I will have couple different departments in my Organization
S.W.A.T: SWAT Will lead events such as aircraft,Bank protection, Informant, Subs. They will also take care of Ghetto Patrols. They will be the backbone of the org so that we can run smoothly and get no warnings for not doing the 3 ghetto patrols in week or inactivity.
HR: Will be incharge of the IA and FTD department combined. They will look over casefiles, do bodycam checks license checks and also do trainings. Training will be split into 3 parts
1st part of training: Towing ,giving fines, arresting, procedures
2nd part. First arrest POV
3rd part. First event POV.
Public relations. public relations will advertise the org and do CNN broadcasts while getting Juicy articles.
Parking enforcement: will not be actual officers will just focus on towing.
Intelligence Bureau: Will do busts and collect evidences and report them to FIB for gang and family raids.
Task Force: will be hand picked from Deputy chief and Chief. will work closely with Intelligence and Swat department. They will only report to Chief of staff and above. Their goal would be to stop crime and go undercover to help Intelligence with busts and Swat with ghetto patrols.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. I will make sure my units know the rules so we aren't getting called for power-gaming and simple rules like that
2. I will kick all the inactive people out that aren't putting in work and regularly organize open recruitments.
