so greatfull with your decision (to lower my punisment from 60 to 30) days. But still i am in hope that i will be fully relief from the punishment of 30 days ,as i will still suffer from huge loss from ban of 30 days like (battle pass, events and jobs that i can do in 30 days moreover i was preapiring for christmass event). but still very happy u gave fair justis against complaint...

You have been Given a Chance by Getting a Less Ban time, ban wont be removed, you are allowed to play on Twink meanwhile.
