I Want to be leader of Ballas gang the ballas gang is very good gang cus i have been in many illegal orgs and the ballas gang is most good gang i have ever seen i was HC in ballas but on the EN2, i think in ballas it is so easy to get 100% Ghetto (TURF) also i will make ballas the most active and dengourse gang i will do gun store robberys,hostage situation and ETC. and i will make sure that i will not get verbal warn,warn or strike and i will only hire people that know the rules and they will not brake it.2. i want to be leader beacuse i have big experience in illegal orgs i know the rules and know how to be leader of ORG and how ot lead it also i want to be leader beacuse as i see there is not crime happening in the city so i will do crimes all the day and i will make Ballas most active and dangerous gang as i said, i have big experince in Role play too i started playing on russian project when EN 1 was open i started playing on ENG also i have good social skills and know how to talk with people correctly iam also good in english and cant talk good on english launguage and also i will improve my best RP in my gang so there will not be any Non RP process.
3. my advances improving RP is that if iam going to hire someone in ORG first i will call my HC and ask them to take from ther little interwiu ask some IC and OOC question for example: IC question How many people he needs to rob someone, how many people and cars he needs to pull someone over. no OCC question, what is meta gaming, what is power gaming, what is NLR and ETC. also i will make sure that they will ware the gang colore for expample person will be in ballas he will wear purple.
