-> I have been in The Bloods & Families and was in a high office and many times when the leaders were not taking responsibility and leader of Ballas ( All in the server Portuguese ) And as I am quite active I want to run for leadership of the Marabunta
-> I have a very composed team that will stay with me in the org that I stay and I want to make this organization the best illegal organization in the city.
-> Make the Marabunta known and respected, focus 100% RP and events.


3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.

I want to try to implement in the gang a mentality of trying to avoid resolutions through the forums, always giving preference to RP. Because I want the gangs to do more RP than they are resorting to the forum all day.

Focus on gang events ( Cland, informant, turfs, battle ship, subs, etc.) because we see little gangs appearing in the appropriate events for the gangs.
