2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation.)
I have been in National Guard for a long period of time and i wish to be a leader and make NG more great and benefited organization and make national guard more active so city will be in peaceful.
1. If National Guard is beginning attack. I am will save my soldier and protect the military base and i have my ideas to defend from criminals.
2. I have experience in almost all organization but not FIB. I have my different skills that make me unique from others and i will put my skills from the protection of all citizen my soldiers and our military base.
3. I've been in the national guard for a very long time, and I led different things inside it, like the recruitment team, and combat medics. And I want to lead the whole of the national guard to implement good things, and make it very active, while as-well keeping a very good level of RP.
3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.
All leaders give there best but I will improve my soldiers that how to defend and protect the citizen. When there was last term going on soldiers break
but my force will train that they will not break any rule.
1. A Good Spec. Ops Team.
The National Guard has a lot of duties, and one of these duties it to respond to "Global Beacons", I will take my best solders of all time so they can protect the hostage and innocent people in that situation. Every single one of them can shoot a weapon and not miss a single shot.
2. A Lot of Recruitment Drives
I will try my best to make Recruitment drivers the best because i want that there should be best soldiers .I will be doing Recruitment drivers, Team will be managing Recruitment drivers and have focus on training soldiers and getting lots of people in national guard. This ensure that the gates are protected as well as military base , When were will be a raid my soldiers will defend it easily
