2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to be the leader of Ballas i have spent a lot of time in gangs i started my career in the city as a gang member i am not specified to be the leader of this org but i gained a lot of expericne and i am a guy who wants to do hostages or store/gun store robbries every min every sec i dont do them for money i do them for the reputation respect of the gang and to put in the fear of my gang in peoples heart so that they have to think before messing up with me or my gang. I will not try i will get 100% turf i have been with leo's for a long time and i know how they try to trick or their planing i am always ready for their any type of attack. I always try to stay away form wars but if the war begins i am going to win it no one can stop me. i have ability to keep my mind and myself calm in very intense situation . i am good at maniging my members i dont stay like a leader i am like their family. i have very well knowledge of of the server rules and gang rules as well
I will make 3 teams.......
1. Balla- will be the normals gang members
2. Turfer- will keep the turf at 100%
3. Baller- will be the team which will be undercover in ghetto for support if needed
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will recruit the people who are having well knowledge of server as well as ghetto rules
2. I will do fz raid,store/gun store robbries, hostages as many as possible in a day because my members will get to interact with people and the leo's
3. I will recruit the leader who have large amount of being a leader of turf or graffiti
4. I will do meetings with the leader for the improvent we need in the org or departments
5. I will do meetings with the curators every day for some suggetions
