Approved Ballas tried to rob us but shot at the same time | 36778, 8906 and more

We were on patrol and tried to pull this guy over. When he got hit off his bike we told him to pull over to the sidewalk. A bunch of them drove up to us and said to put our hands up yet shot instantly. It's hard to find the ID's of the ones that did something wrong since there was so many of them.

• IDs 8906, 25082,1808,36778 will receive a punishment for Deathmatch in City. ID 8381 will receive a punishment for FailRp​
• 8381 would not comply with Officers. The other 4 all start shooting in the City.​
