Rejected I was scammed..

I was buying a vehicle, I'm not sure but the ID number in the game was something like 94163, first it showed a vehicle with everything improved, but they sold me a different vehicle of the same model, How can I get my money back, what can I do in this process, is it not a crime to defraud according to the new rule?, my ID number is 94010...
I have no proof as I later realized I had been scammed
