1. Why do you want to become an admin? I have been playing on Grand Since EN1 came out, ive been on and off this city ever since, i would like to join the admin team as i would like help people in the city enjoy it as much i have while playing here, and the admin team helped me enjoy it when i first flew in last year,
i think i have a good understanding of the rules and how to keep the RP situation Flowing, i find since En3 so many people not following the rules or understanding them, i would like to help show the ropes
As an admin I'm not looking for the Power or trying to look better than anyone i just want to bring the best for the city also help guide and support those individuals who wish to learn and become better role-players and overall come down on those people who simply wish to ruin the experience for everyone else. Let's make the city a better place for everyone
2. What are your strengths?
1. I can speak English fluently as it is my mother tongue so i will be able to speak clear and with ease so players can understand me
2. i have patience so i can listen to all the players who want to make their side and get the Rp back on so everyone can enjoy the outcome
3. My IRL job will help me a lot as i am a manager in my company i can use my IRL skills in the game as most of the day im dealing with tricky situations and helping the customer get what they are looking for
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
1 I hate people who are rude, i need to work on my temper when people are not listening and trying to jump in
2. sometimes i can be bit of a push over because I'm just trying to enjoy my game, so i may let things slide so i can get back to what i like doing and that's RPing
3. i doubt myself a lot and over think how i could have made a better outcome as i feel my confidence sometimes affects me
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
