1. High command and state org experience. I hold experience from an extensive amount of legal organizations, which i could use to better leadership and RP within The LSPD, in order to keep a clean term, in which i know what to do, and what not to, due to my experience. A summary is that i have been a judge, an attorney, Lieutenant of IA, Detectives and much more. In these different orgs and positions, i have learnt how i can manage divisions, squads, and groups in a good order. I also do happen to have leader experience, as i have been the leader of Bloods on EN 02, thereoff i know what to keep out of, and what to do, in order to get the best and longest leader term possible.
2. Selection of LSPD population. I am certain that i hold one of the best selections of HC and non HC members of my potential leadership. I already have over 30 members set to join LSPD if i happen to get the leadership, which thereoff could explain that i will hold an active organization, and making sure the recruiting team, executes that perfectly, to maintain activity, which the last term succeeded with.
3. I will do anything i can to keep a clean term, namely no strikes at ALL. Any rulebreaks will be handed strictly and i will maintain professionalism in my organization. I believe my LSPD would be an org with little rulebreaks, as rules and RP structuring is something FTO will put heavier work towards, to ensure no rulebreaks pass through, and if so, an Intedrnal Affairs who will handle it strictly, so officers can learn by their mistakes, and remember to defy it on a later time.
Lastly i will try to keep some change to the LSPD, it is an organization with many priveleges that i can use to better RP in the city, and not bore my officers to death, due to the constant nothingness, and same stuff over and over. I have plans for change, like rank structuring, partnership with other orgs, and more. I believe these values will make the LSPD better than ever, and that i will succeed a full two terms moreover.
4. Lastly id like to drift on what couldve been done better from my perspective in the last term as a high command. Firstly I regret on not showing the needed activity as I should have shown, and which I know I could have shown. I was really only doing my District Attorney/Internal Affairs work, and not helping out officers and not generally bettering the LSPD, and taking weight of Tyrell and Eklavya’s back. There is examples I could provide of my District Attorney work if it’s ever wanted by admins, but sadly not too much in general LSPD commandment, and counseling for the officers.
5. I have an extensive amount of thoughts for The Who can be my high commands, in order to supervise the junior officers in the best way possible. I believe there is some officers who could easily take on a high command rank in the LSPD, who would perform better than some people who were partially not suited for high command. High command will be monitored closely to ensure that they are acting as role models for the officers and that the LSPD, doesn’t have too many cases/officer reports going on.
