Rejected Admin does not know the rules and give RDM for a misunderstanding | Sultan Foster

Hi, I tell my version as the instant replay was not saved in time but there was the admin Sultan Foster who should have the clip, in any case I tell what happened out of the clip, i were doing my stuff inside the house (55) when in Radio i Hear ID 2133 (The Unique Survived from the fight) saying the Arabian Cartel was Shooting under our house, so after leaving the house and seeing people with jackets and weapons getting on a White Off-road Vehicle i Started Shooting, after realizing that we were talking about 2 different Actions i went to them to excuse me, after this is everything visible from My Clip.

POV of My Mate that was Finish in the Action without doing nothing, that get killed from the White Off-road Vehicle of the Arabian Cartel (In The Clip the Admin Sultan Foster have say he has not see nothing) how you can see from both clips the time matches.

In this Clip the Admin say you Cant Shoot in The City even if you have a reason, the Admin was doing RP with the Player's and it's not the first time we've seen him talking to Arabic Cartel in RP without the Duty ON, i have get 3 Hours of Demorgan + the Warn for Shooting in the City and after my excuses i got Anyway the Warn..

I want a re-evaluation of this punishment being that they have not received a Family Warn, the Admin Seems his Friend, doesnt Know the Rules and after my accident and my excuses he still gave me the punishment (I was hoping for some act of kindness).

I Want Correct a little thing, the Member that say in Radio "They are shooting" was ID 2042 (I didn't know what was happened in the action)

After Reviewing the Admins POV, the decision is Correct.
And Make sure to Follow the Rules of Filling a Complaint, when you are making a Complaint against an admin.
