2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Well to be honest I always wanted to be leader of 3 ORGS , LSPD , FIB and SAHP , I have already been Internal Affairs and Cheif of HR in SAHP in the past and Now I am the current Temp. Chief of LSPD , I . Thats why I feel We need a hardworking , capable , experienced and person who respects all the rules and admins/ curators , should be its leader because LSPD is a very Important ORG in this Server Its the main police Department And its leader should be a person a who Understand how leadership works out and What are the main objectives of the ORG . And this is what I am doing in my Temp Leadership right now !! Our Job as a leader should be NO Corruption , NO Favoritism , NO Toxicity , A Beautiful Family like relation with all other ORG , NO Rule breaks and respect all admins and curators and follow whatever they say !. I would like to try running LSPD as it was my first LEO that I joined with the help of my deputies. Hopefully i'll make it the best term.
Here are the List of things which I am trying to give my 100% as its Temp Leader
1. Parking enforcement:
1. Parking enforcement For Towing Cars At Least 5 Units In City.
2. Parking enforcement will not Join Any Type Of Events
3 Parking enforcement Will Get Bonus Also So They Can Work Hard And Enjoy
2. SWAT
I'll make sure that S.W.A.T is present in each situation, and that S.W.A.T is the first responder to situations, rather than focusing on minor details like arresting/ fining/ towing, and so on, and that they take the lead in events, situations, and so on.
Undercover Task Force
Department that should be most rewarding and looked up to is Undercover Task Force. People specially trained for interaction with criminal and terrorist organizations and families. People that will sacrifice their lives for the health of the citizens are these people. Department that has been de-emphasized over past few terms. This is the department that could prove a lot of people guilty or innocent, department that will be so undisclosed that it will be able to get insider information from families and stalk criminals and get to know their everyday routines like their House's, Tattoos on their body, Cars, Family houses, Gathering spots and a lot of other helpful information.
3. Human resources
This department will be in charge of roster, recruiting, promotion ceremony and training.
Training will be in 3 phases
First phase: Teaching them about the LSPD email, the basics, how to do logs, how to use pda, towing, turning on bodycam and giving fines.
Second phase: Teaching them how to get their first arrest, Miranda rights, place down barricades and how to turn on the car Rader.
Third phase: Will be pov of first arrest. They will also go threw a script when recruiting people and ask about basic IC and OOC rules.
4. IA:
Internal affairs will be responsible for bodycam inspections, any problem given by the hc or between anyone else.
Internal affairs will be responsible for any problems between LEOs as they will solve them.
Internal affairs will do random checkups for licenses.
I want less departments in my leadership so that everything can be managed properly.
Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Maintaining Good Relations with all ORGS - Relations between Orgs is the most Important thing , If state ORG have good relation then they are 100% more stronger . So i will make sure that me and my officers respect other orgs. If they do not respect, I will make sure that they get strike.
- Will make sure that there will be no favourism and every people would get promotions regarding their work.
- More Ghetto Patrols
- i will make sure no one stands at HQ without any reason and everyone concentrates on patrolling.
-Will also give divisional tasks do every department.
Failure to do the tasks will result in a divisional strike and 3/3 divisional strikes will change the Major of department.
