My friend and I got a warning from the form where we reported another player (https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/249612/) meaninglessly, we were banned because we had 2 warnings before. My friend's id is 390, my id is 3294. There is no green zone in the place where we stole the car, and we made the necessary warning before killing the man.

Punishment is Correct, As I told your Friend, Read the Rules then you will know which location is a GZ and which is not.
