Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?: I would love to enjoy being a leader of NG, because of all my experience in legal orgs has prepared me for a leader position, I have been an LEO for a long time in city, pretty much all of my time in the city since I joined, being an LEO has been just about all I've known and even irl my family has LEO and military history, so im very strong witted, know how take control of a situation, and have very great leadership, communication, and am very transparent when it comes to providing needed information, which critical for communicating with other orgs as well, I am also very active on the server. Being in legal orgs prior to this, I am very well known amongst legal orgs and have very good connections within them, which is also a major plus and can assist highly in getting along with and assisting other orgs as well.
Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization: making sure all the proper procedures are followed IC and OOC, making time to tell or have anyone tell those who are new to the city do proper OOC and IC training to prepare the recruits for the field, all while maintaining base standards and procedures, and taking the proper precautions to make sure the soldiers on base and also the people of Los Santos are safe and have assurance that they are.
