Anatoli was born 13th of April 1983 in Leningrad, Soviet Union [St Petersburg, Russia] and was mostly raised by his father as his real mother left him at the age of 9 months old. At the age of 3 the Chernobyl disaster in Ukraine near Pripyat and were forced to move to the Eastern Europe or specifically Yugoslavia, Croatia. And there Dmitri found his loving woman named Zdenka Barba, they fell in love and got married quickly. And with the marriage also came a new baby boy, named Arytom (My Brother). Anatoli and Artyom grew up to be the closest brothers you could think of. Always helping eachother no matter what, if it was hunting or school. Anatoli was always inspired to be a soilder in a Special Unit especially the Military Force Spetsnaz GRU where his father served during the Mid-Cold war. When Anatoli turned 16, the father felt it was a good time since Anatoli mastered his hunting skills with being extremely quiet and moving slowly through the woods to shoot and kill Bears, Dears and Foxes. Dmitri started teaching Anatoli how to act as a Spetsnaz soilder. CQB tactics [Close-quarters battle] how to handle an AK-47 and a SVD-63 [Dragunov] which was completley new to him as he used a Mosin-Nagant to hunt animals in the woods. At the age of 17 Anatoli was ready to join the Military. With the fall of Soviet Union and the start of the Yugoslav war, the Petrovich Family moved back to St. Petersburg for Anatoli to begin his Military training, At the age 19 he finished the Military school and the same day applied for the Spetsnaz GRU. He was automatically accepted as his Father served in the Spetsnaz GRU "Vympel" unit. The year 2007 comes and he was deployed on the Northern Front of Chechnya this year alone would hunt him forever. He saw too many of his comrades die and in a outnumbered battle against the Chechens he surrendered himself. The Chechens interrogated him but did not torture him or anything if he gave out useful information. So he negotiated for very important information. He asked for an American visa and citizenship to the State of San Andreas. So they accepted his offer and flew him away to America. The year is 2012 and Anatoli is 27 Years old, he finished collage and mastered his English speaking skills but still has problems. He found himself a job working as a Taxi driver and is living happily in San Fierro, San Andreas. He hasn't contacted his family in over 8 years. Later on he found out that his younger Brother is actually in Los Santos going to a big and well known Collage. So Anatoli packed his bags and moved to there and lived there until the age of 35, where everything would change.

When Anatoli was on Vacation in Croatia, he got called by his brother Artyom, they chatted a lot and Artyom brought up that he joined the National Guard and got accepted into the Special Air and Sea Division by Johnny Lahantaestamuloca. So Arytom gave Anatoli contact info of Johnny and he was also accepted into the SASD, after quite some time he has found that Anatolis Uncle [Brother of Anatoli's Mother] had a Son in the SANG named Roko Barba so they really got together.
After some time spending in NG, Anatoli got offered a job by Head of SS Bruno Mora to server under the Goverment as a Special SS Agent, so Artyom Anatoli and Roko took the offer and had a fun time in USSS they met a new friend by the name of Hank Volkov, he mentioned that FIB would be getting a new Director and that he was tasked to recruit some new Agents. So after a meeting Bruno, Anatoli and Artyom went to FIB while Roko went back to NG. And that's where the real journey began for Anatoli.
Anatoli raced through the ranks with his skill and knowledge from his time serving Spetsnaz GRU as "Vympel" unit. With that experience he got the position Deputy Head of Department of the Spec Ops [Special Operations Divison] and then later became the Head of Department. He lead it for 1 term and then later resigned to take position of some classified Department which would change his career forever.
He was tasked to assamble a new unit that consists of 9 people that would be named the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit [S.A.U]. For 2.5 months Anatoli has accomplished many Classified Missions to hunt down certain People, Families and Corrupt LEO's. SAU was tasked to go Undercover in many Families to gather evidences on them so that they can be Raided. Interragating and drugging people and threatening them with their Families and close friends, Injecting Corrupt LEOS with Truth serums and recording them Confessing everything they have done, Infiltrating gangs himself or sent People to become his Informants. After his service in FIB as Spec ops, S.A.U and Tactical Operations, Anatoli took a very long break and went flew to Croatia to breed Camels, Elephants and visit his Parents and relatives.
Anatoli's cousin, Roko has called Anatoli and was begging him to come back to Los Santos to help with the rising Gang and Family activites on Fort Zancudo, so Anatoli took the position of Brigadier General and went to deal with bad people like he used to do in S.A.U days.
Outcomes:
