Hello Mazhor so the guy who got unblacklisted (Arthur Johnson 15810) he bought cheat and used it in arena.His friend recorded it and he reported him and he got banned.I dont think he deserve unban i think he deserve another black list (

) and he is breaking the most of the rules.Sorry for bothering you i just wanted to say my opinion.
