Rejected Complaint about a penalty

I am being charged for FailRP in a situation where people clearly are shooting (some are even VDMing) for the Treasure.
Which caused my absence in a important RP situation. The man who reported me was ramming people for the loot.
I don't think its FailRP, since we are out of the city. I am not trying to RDM him, because there is a reason for the shooting to happen.

Also you can tell that I shot because he was driving around nervously, I decided to protect myself, since the last time i went for that treasure there was a whole war between 2 gangs for it.
In the clip provided by the player you can not see him ramming me with his car, but you can see the other player going for it and me dodging it. I don't want any penalties for the other players, but I do think that I am being suspended for no reason.

I personally don't think that you should suspend people for tickets without anything in them. For instance, this clip doesn't provide enough for a penalty.
He didn't even take the time to explain what happened.

Oh, and I want to add that if someone shoots you and you stay there and take the shots because there is not hitbox on the back of your car is in fact NO FEAR RP. I would like to press charges for that.
