2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have revised all the rules in the city and i am in full knowledge of all rp principles and terms. Therefore I know I’ll be able to steer the organization in the right direction in terms of RP and familiarizing my members with the rules. This as a whole will make the RP in the organization be at its best, and will ensure that the organization does not get any warnings or weakens the rp of other server members.
2. I have a load of members that could be ready to join the organization upon given leadership. I am one of the bosses of a major family in the city, and since I know these people, I’m also able to ensure that they will not be weakening rp and that they will be upholding the current rp standards for the server. I believe this puts tech extremists in contrast to saltyness in the second dimension.
c. I am certain that I’ll be able to keep up with the responsibilities I will gain as a leader, and that I’ll be remaining active throughout my whole term of leadership. I will ensure that the organization stays structurised and that everyone has stuff to do and everybody enjoys there time in the org, as well as they are able to grind events and other gang activities.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
a. I will make sure to retain several experienced members which will be reserved for a high command position in order to make sure that experienced gang members who know how to RP are in charge. Furthermore i will make rules tests upon joining the organization to make sure im only inviting people who are in knowledge of rules.
