2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
So why i want to be a leader of ballas is because of my experience from city one has been a hc in all gangs and know how gangs' works have been with many leaders and know how they think and make things. Ballas was my first gang that i was in city 1 and have been in it so many times. I know all the state rules and general rules also ghetto rules and more than that. I want to become the leader of ballas because i think i can handle it and know how to handle it.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
my advice to improve the rp is to invite ppl with experience and have been in gangs before. invite ppl that know the events how to rob and how to make crime activities. I would only give hc to ppl that shows me that they can handle the gang and can control it. I will make sure that i and my other hc will make really much crime activity's and make many raids robberies and more. I hope you accept me and you will see the diffrence
