2.1 hello there everyone hope you all doing good i'm back and strong again so why i want families is because it was my first gang to lead and had not good leadership there had no number or anything not active but im back and have people with me this time and i know i will make families strong gang and families will have a good leader and good people to lead the events and run the ghetto and not only 1 gang always in ghetto lets bring back old days when all gangs was in ghetto
2.2 see if you don't have a good leader in organization you will not have a good gang but having a good leader in an organization it will be good beacuse now days people only apply for turfs and leadership in there name thats it and disband maybe its not good
2.3 honestly who knows me im chill guy and want a good gang and active gang and friendly gang i dont want beef between members and most thing family fights in the gang and i will be happy if they learn 1 or 2 things from my leadership
2.4 i want everyone in their best behavior and listen to high command and no fights with other people you all will be equal to me i dont care if you are high command dont use your power at the lower rank everyone should be equal to me they should all have fun with eachother and be friends
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
my advice for improving roleplay level in organization is
1.get to know the rules good
2. don't recruit people dont about the rules everyone should do the interview i ping high command in discord and ask them which all high command should do
3. dont break rules for fun or stupid things because it might get the gang warning
4. the gang will improve roleplay and all gang should also and have fun together
5.at some stage in the ones varieties of months, i discovered that right RP is rich in criminal organizations of the metropolis, but gangs lack it particularly. i might advise gangs to create extra RP situations in-among each one-of-a-kind, as an instance particular gangs growing a monetary deal or safety deal and growing extra lore in the metropolis that manner. even though alliances exist already, what i am advising is a bit greater complex and deeper than that, if gangs play with whole on RP, even some situations which emerge as on boards and aren’t rule breaks, may be dealt in an RP situation (If a state of affairs is a rule destroy it have to pass on forums of course). there can be constantly anxiety between gangs and gang leaders, however I assume that anxiety need to come to be a healthful competition if gangs are willing to workout more RP, instead of having conflicts with each tremendous OOC and having talk board wars.
last thing is i want to say i did bad in bloods which i did not like i want to improve the and show them i did big mistake and i can fix this time proof people i did a big mistake and i can be good leader and i hope i get families back because families was my first gang i hope i get it
