vAnimated III is the descendant of an intelligent, ruthless drug dealer who ran the streets and the ghetto under the alias "Ghost" in another city. V had wishes to leave the criminal world to pursue legitimate business interests. He has seen what the criminal underworld has done to his parents and grandparents and how it had affected his life and he didn't want the same for his family.
He had inherited a nightclub and tried his best to balance the drug running side of his operation alongside his nightclub. He wanted to eventually bring the nightclub to a point where he didn't need to do the drug running on the side anymore and still earn a decent income and turn a new leaf before things turned bad. As you can imagine, managing a clean nightclub doesn't go very well when the illegal business you were conducting was happening right within the compounds of the front business. While trying to avoid police capture, deal with opposition gang members and manage shifting economic powers within the night life industry, he had to go through a crumbling marriage and eventually things became too much for him. He had to leave. He grabbed some cars, weapons, money and his family and went straight into San Andreas looking for a fresh start.
Even though he was renowned here as well due to his influence from his hometown, he managed to get a job within the Government and took it as a good omen and is looking forward to a bright future here in San Andreas. He doesn't know what the future has in store for him, but he is saving up money and scouting the city for good businesses with aims to eventually buy one of the most profitable ones.
