The bounty literally says player 6156. You had laid next to me on the beach earlier. I saw you again in the exact same clothes and killed you.

What RP is expected for a bounty that only gives you an ID?

ID 8093 will receive a punishment for General Rule 6.15.

You must engage in RP because shooting someone outside ghetto (for example, you could chat with them, could confirm their identity, made demands, etc.).
