I was banned by Uwe Mendoza Reason: 4.1 ( disabling drug effects ).

The rules say that you are not allowed to deactivate the drug effects. And I have not deactivated my drug effects either!
I have not changed anything in the game files or used any external software to cheat. I don't have technicolor or a game filter on which is why my game looks so colorless. If my drug effects are/were too much reduced I realize my mistake and it will not happen again in the future. If I would have wanted to cheat consciously I would never have made a POV request. It was also not in my sense ever to cheat since I also actively supported the server with a lot of money. In addition, I have been guilty of nothing in the time since I play here on the server. Therefore I ask for an unbanning to be able to continue playing with my friends and family members on the server. with my friends and family.
I would also be willing for a PC check at any time.
