Rejected Warn for GR 6.15 | Bjorn Blake

I did a complaint on someone who VDM me and RDM me and then when he started shooting at me all the admins informed me that if someone shoots you. You can shoot back as there is a rp situation that started and as self defense and then Bjorn Blake gives me a warning for defend my self and I think this is completely unfair. How can I not defend my self if someone is shooting at me? it doesn't make sense for me but all the admins say that you can shoot back if someone shoots you. Its like NG they shot if someone shoots them. Here is the report (Approved RDM+VDM | 81027+185323)
