Hello, whoever is reading this and I hope your day or night is going well and you are staying safe.
I was banned for 60 days for General Rules 1.3 and 1.7. Which are 1.3 Any fraud against players is prohibited | PERMANENT BAN and we do not compensate lost money, and 1.7 It is forbidden to transfer property as a gift (including neon shoes), whose total amount exceeds $5.000.000(You are allowed to receive 5.000.000$ and transfer 5.000.000$ per day.)(It is allowed to withdraw/deposit money from/to family balance.) | Ban 60 days. I get now how I broke General Rules 1.3 due to the new General Rules 6.22 It is forbidden to sell/buy family businesses or withdraw/deposit money on/from fam balance without fam leaders approval, as well taking from warehouse and family cars (It falls under the rule of scam 1.3. At the time this rule was not a thing until recently. I get now how I broke the rules 1.3 and 1.7, and I know I did take someone's family business, by buying it from id 333. What I did was wrong and I understand it now but due to the new rule, and at the time we did it we didn't think it was part of rule 1.3 because all of these threads got rejected for IC Issue, https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/10946/#post-39631, https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/9561/, https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/7336/#post-25131, https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/7214/, https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/2468/, https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/6787/. If you read those posts you can see they were rejected for IC Issues. So because we thought it was okay at the time. I know my original post to hopefully get unbanned was rejected and I get it now and I see what I did wrong. I am not asking for an unban or anything just if possible a chance for my ban to be reduced. I don't think I am asking for a lot but I can see how you think it could be a lot, but on en 1 I only been demorganed and warned once for power gaming in the 5 months I was there. Which I say is pretty good because a lot of people who have been here longer than me have done maybe worse. My id on EN 1 is 26593 if you need to check my logs. If you could just take this into condensation it would mean a lot to me and have a great day, stay safe. In all, I hope you understand what I may be going through.
