Hello Mazhor,
I have been banned for General Rules 1.3 and 1.7. General Rule 1.3 states any fraud against players is prohibited | PERMANENT BAN, and we do not compensate lost money. In addition, 1.7 states it is forbidden to transfer property as a gift (including neon shoes), whose total amount exceeds $5.000.000(You are allowed to receive 5.000.000$ and transfer 5.000.000$ per day.)(It is permitted to withdraw/deposit money from/to family balance.) | Ban 60 days. I am aware now how I broke General Rules 1.3 due to the new implementation of General Rule 6.22. as of yesterday (It is forbidden to sell/buy family businesses or withdraw/deposit money on/from fam balance without fam leaders approval, as well taking from warehouse and family cars (It falls under the rule of scam 1.3). At the time, you had not established this rule in clarity for all players until yesterday after the incident.
I now know how I broke the rules 1.3 and 1.7, and I know I took someone's family business by selling it to ID: 1748. What I did was wrong, and I understand it now, but when I did it, I didn't think it was part of rule 1.3 because all of these threads that stand rejected for an IC Issue till this day, even after 6.22 General Rule has come into play.
How is this fair to me, let alone the countless victims in these threads for which the administration has chosen to do nothing? Why am I being singled out? Why was General Rule 6.22 created in lieu of my situation the day after but not for them? If I can't trust the administration or staff to know the rules well enough not to encourage me not to break them, how can anyone abide by the rules, play in the city, or trust all players to follow them?

If you read those posts, you can see the administration rejected them for IC Issues. These threads, alongside further confirmation from administration and staff, are why I thought it was okay to do so at the time—article 7 of the Human Rights Act. states you cannot be held accountable for an offense for an action that was not a violation when you committed it. Meaning administrators and staff must clearly explain and understand when advising players what counts as an offense to know when breaking the rules. Before doing so, I asked the administration and staff, and in which they explained that it was not a rule break and merely an IC issue and was subsequently referred to the above thread posts to support and encourage my actions.
Ultimately, I would like to be unbanned and get back to playing now that there has been immense clarification of your newly created General Rule 6.22, concluding my situation. I do not think it is fair to punish me for a rule that came into effect after the violation was committed. Alongside that, administrators, staff, and all players had not been on the same page as said rule, as you are aware. I quite frankly feel a lot better knowing that this rule has been established and published for all players, administrators, and staff because now there is no room for miscommunication or error amongst all parties involved. If not for me, can you consider the other families and players that have fallen victim to this situation? I know I'm not that important of an individual to this city to have a rule created in lieu of an event that surrounds them. However, others have fallen victim in the past, in relation to the same or similar situation. In that case, they deserve the same investigation and rule amendment as I had pertaining to the matter at hand and not simply a rejected forum post accompanied with the vague "IC issue" response.
Best Regards,
