2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
a) I have been in LSPD and LEO orgs from Long time in EN1 and I have been in SAHP,LSPD And FIB in Server EN1 for more time and I have gained lot of experience in LEO orgs Now too I am in FIB in EN3 and Now I know how things work in These orgs and Now I believe that I am capable of becoming a leader of org and If I get an opportunity I will give as best as I can.
b) I have been in Gangs also few days back and now in FIB And while doing crimes and while defending the crimes both Time I have seen that most of the Times LEOs have failed to stop crimes and as a result Law and order of the city has been broken and If I get the leadership of LSPD I assure that at least in Law and order will be maintained and also crime rate in city will be decreased ill keep my units patrolling 24x7 and I will also issue them bonuses for maintaining law and order in city.
c)The third reason I want to become Leader of LSPD is because I personally don't want to see the Top Most Legal org of City suffering like this and failing against criminals If I get a chance I will totally change the structure of the org including ranking, departments, bonus and all I will make such a systematic structure so that everything is done at the time and all things runs smoothly and Org does not get any type of punishment.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
a) Hire employees from all time zones so that org remains active 24x7 and proper RP keeps taking places .
b) Giving High command ranks to only those player who know to do quality RP and also know how to handle RP and maintain quality RP during Intense situations such as store robberies and hostage.
c) Collaborating with other LEO orgs and doing time to time ghetto patrols which will Increase Bonding between orgs and Together we can decrease the crime rate of city.
Goals for the organisation
a) Keeping org active 24x7.
b) Decreasing the crime rate of City.
c) Finishing term without any organisation Punishments.
