2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
• i have Illegal and legal experience as well in the server, so i know how gangs events is going on from the legal side, and i will take care that bloods events will happend in the right way from both sides (The legal side and The illegal side.)
• im very known with the ppl in city i know most of the ppl the best shooters etc.. base on that i think i can make bloods on top! we will have the biggest numbers and the most successful events and 100% turf!
• and also i want the have that experience again and fix my name from en2 after not compliting my term as vagos leader.
• i know all the server rules and i follow them, and when other ppl braking the rules i wil report them.

• i have Leadeship Experience, thats mean that i know how to manage my guys in the right way.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
> i will make sure my deps and my hc will know the rules and will not do anything dumb.
> i will want to earn other gangs repect and not be that one guy that his gang didnt was good...
> i will do the maximum events for the org per day!
> I will make sure that in my gang toxicity will NOT BE ALLOWD.
> and also I will make the discord server an important thing as well I will make logs of hired / fired / blacklisted and I will make sure this logs will work properly.

2nd Strike= rank down for not being active
3rd Strike= Kick or Blacklisted from organization depending on the Situation
> i will make sure me and all of my gang members will not brake the server rules!
