2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A- I want to be memorized as a greatest leader of a bloods history you wanna know why? because first of all i will be accepted everywhere , everyone will remember my name (for good) , I will havea great name in the city ,also everyone will want me in their org/family because of the experiences i got
B- I also want to get a 100% Capture (i have a turf team ) we were going on EN 2 , we were fighting against bolos we were in the marabunta and we were winning the most turfs , I also want to be the first man in the city that will have a pikachu hoodie , the thing is that in the previous experiences i really thing that i would be a great leader of bloods
C- I would love to give other players the experience which will lead them to learn proper rp in gang , ill teach them how to play more rp , and give them experience , this will be the key of the door which will lead them to the new rp life, i want to improve my rp by doing FZ raids , store robberies , hostage situations , attending subs and i will keep also graffiti more then 8k
D- I think that i have all valuable skills to be a leader such as - Good english understanding , i am not being toxic , i am listening to the curators , there will be no problem in hosting global events atleast once in a two weeks , i also think that from the previous experiences i gained Leadership skill I ve been a deputy in many gang , ive gained tons of experience , ive been playing on grand rp since 2019 i started my own rp life on Grand rp (russian 2) i couldnt understand anything at first but then i started playing on EN 1 and ive met a lot of people gained more experience and etc , then i continued playing rp on EN 2 and i think that ive met a wonderful ppl which will give a gang a greatest chain of command and people
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1) - To improve the RolePlay i need people in my organization who knows all rp rules and they will not break any RolePlay rule,because if any my organization member will berak any rule i will get a warning by admins and it will be a bad for me,so thing is everyone need to follow all rp ruels.
2) - I have a people who is shooting very well and who has a good shooting skills,So this people will be a members of the turf team and i have one person who will lead this turf team and they will collect 100% turf.When i was a Turf leader in another city (EN 2) in the Families gang this people helped me and we together collected 100% turf so i can truest them and i know hey are best shooters.
3) - I will make a team who invite new members in the gang and they will ask some questions about the ghetto rules,General rules and event rules,if this people will answer all the questions correctly they will join in my organization.
4) - We will get a graffiti point more then 8k.
5) - Me and my Organization members will rob the people,we will work together,we will make the FZ raids,Store robberies,we will attend all events such as cland,submarineand and other things. So if i will be a leader of the Bloods gag this organization will be a most interesting,strong,active and best then other legal organizations.
