1. I want to lead LSPD because I have extensive experience in the field. I made myself known to the deputy chief during Neron, Rodrego's (temporary term), Ronan, and Step terms. I held the positions of captain of detectives, chief of detectives, and chief of staff before serving as deputy chief for Steph's final few days in office. (EN1)
2-I'd like to try my hand at running LSPD because it was my first LEO, which can and will take with the assistance of my deputies. I'm hoping to make it the best term possible.
3-I closely observed the leaders before me to see what mistakes they made and what benefits they gained from the orders they issued. As a result, I have encountered many situations to prepare me to be the next leader of the LSPD as I will ensure there will be no violations from the LSPD side. I also started as a cadet and worked my way up to deputy chief.

Second phase: Teaching them how to make their first arrest, their Miranda rights, how to set up barricades, and how to use the car radar.
Third phase: will be the first arrest's point of view

Second, it will include IQ questions such as what they will do in certain situations.
Third, it will include OOC questions such as what is PG, NLR, Meta gaming, and mixing.

2-S.W.A.T:
Will be in charge of quick response and special tactics.
Swat will oversee and lead Ghetto patrols, as they will conduct three ghetto patrols in one week.
They will also be in charge of events such as subs, aircraft, banks, and many others.
Swat units will also be trained for specific situations.
3-Detectives:
Detectives is an undercover division.
Detectives will assist the FIB in gathering evidence about gangs and busts.
Detectives will collaborate with the FIB on joint busts.
4-Parking enforcement:
Parking enforcement will be in charge of towing all the city with at least 4 units.
Parking enforcement will not participate in any type of event.
5-IA:
Internal affairs units will only be trusted members of the LSPD.
Internal affairs will be in charge of bodycam inspections, as well as any issues raised by the HC or anyone else.
Internal affairs will be in charge of resolving any problems that arise between LEOs.
Internal affairs will conduct random license checks and ask internal questions at random.
Contracts signed will be the responsibility of internal affairs.
6-Special task force:
Special task force units will be chosen by the COS, with the approval of Deputy chief and Chief of police.
Special task force units will only be the most highly experienced units as well as they understand a lot of the ooc rules and ic.
Special task force will be assisting S.W.A.T and Detective Bureau at the same time.
Special task force will not have a head or a captain (Special task force will only report to the Chief of Police and Deputy Chief).
7-Public relations:
Public relations will be in charge of LSPD globals, events, and advertising.

1- Each unit is required to be familiar with state law.
2-Participating in group training with other leos to develop skills
3.-Ensuring that there is no bias in the organization; status is earned through hard effort.
4-Ensuring consistent communication with other LEOS
5-Due to the fact that international activities were uncommon over the two weeks and because I would like to encourage more residents to participate, I would like to increase both domestic and international events. I want to increase the number of internal events since some people are easily bored and leave when they are on duty or working in the field. I want them to enjoy themselves once in a while and feel free.
