2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans) I want to become leader of LSPD i have been seen LSPD from 2 term i have got more experience while being in LSPD i got knowledge also how things work in LSPD.
(1 reason) i give more attention on high command and lower ranks because as a high command the player gets more opportunities to do things. Like player invite someone player that can be do blacklist things and many more things. As I said i will be giving more attention on hc so this mean first i will hire people who have best experience so from the start we will do your thing properly after sometime we choose high command for our org.
(2 reason) Hrt Stands for Human resource and training. So in this department I will take guy's who really want to be a hrt not for the bounes. I will make sure that cadets got training on time because like i have seen hrt cannot able to give the training. Because we are low in no in hrt. Then cadet have to wait for 10 to 15 for only phase 1-2 training. But i will make sure that they don't have to wait for the training they will get the training on time or at another day itself. At this time we will be hiring more hrt members.
(3 reason) There are also will be some department in LSPD like UC: as a undercover they work as they will catch criminal who wanted by the sate .DETECTIVE: as a agent who collect the evidence so when store robbery going on they can collect the evidence.. IA: who will be giving time on patrol officer logs that they are doing great work or not they have power to give the strike also where if player doing some mistake so IA team give them strike and as well as warning also. They can suggest for promotion also. SWAT: stands for Special Weapons And Tactics so they will be taking car for hostage payment and as well as aur units they have to get trained people who doesn't know how to drive helicopter they have to send bodycam of event in swat logs.They are having 6-7 Ghetto patrol in a week. That's the reason i want to become a leader of LSPD.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
Ans) We will maintain high rp in the org. Outside of the org. In hostage situation we will do professionally.
We will have promotion ceremony once in a 2 week so the roleplay level increased because at that time they will be exited. We will be having trips also at the last day of our term so the player and org level will increase automatically
