2.A.I worked in LSPD in two cities, the first (EN1) and the third (EN3), and I was the first Chief of Police in the third (EN3), but I left for OOC reasons that happened to me unexpectedly, and now I'm back, with full energy to work for LSPD, and in the first city, I started just like everyone else, from zero, and then I grew up step by step, until I became Chief of Staff, and then I became temp chief.
2.B.I'll be creating 5 departments for LSPD; these departments will accomplish more than just make LSPD a better organization; each department will have objectives to complete.
The departments:
Internal Affairs: They will verify that the LSPD is devoid of corruption and will inspect officers on a regular basis to ensure that they are properly equipped. These agents will not be just ordinary police; they will be highly trained experts.
FTD: They will be the key resource for all LSPD employees; they will be the most knowledgeable personnel, not just any staff. Any employee who has a query about how something works will be the first to reply and assist.
S.W.A.T: It will not be easy to choose these units; the LSPD expects these units to do a lot for the country; they will prioritize robberies and banditries, and they will train the whole LSPD on how to deal with emergencies.
Detectives:Their main duty will be to acquire as much evidence as possible in order to apprehend those who attempt to make the city dangerous and difficult to live in, and they will be collaborating with the F.I.B.
Parking Enforcement: It is their responsibility to keep the streets of Los Santos clean of abandoned, illegally parked cars, and in order to do so better than expected, they will not be performing LSPD primary tasks, with the objective of having as many towers cleaning the streets at the same time.
2.C.Los Santos will require a leader that is passionate about building a strong foundation for LSPD. With hours of expertise and much more hours spent educating others in the profession, I am well-versed in how to navigate this challenging impending journey.
3.I will always prioritize my officers' adherence to the law. For instance, I'll make sure that every unit, except from parking enforcement, responds to an ongoing incident. Additionally, I would resolve this IC rather than instantly disbanding a gang from an admin if they fail-rp, as well as ensuring that LSPD has the finest cooperation with other organizations.
