I have already served a whole silence term and have been silenced for a second time. Kindly rectify this error. Also the admin response to the complaint is "Accept this Report" and yet the complaint was rejected after a previous admin complaint.
P.S. - Its a mute not a jail but there is no option for mute in type of punishment.
