I was banned on 10.8.2022 because of massive cheating.
I cheated for and since I had little interest in playing in other cities I didn't care what I did there at that time.
but now I regret it very much and miss it like playing on DE01 I hope very much that they give me a 2nd chance because I will improve on any case.

how about providing an ID for us?
Anyways if you refuse pc check and you cheated second time, you get permanently banned without beeing appealable.
