Approved RDM | ID#83148 and ID#94823

This person shows up at my driveway, doesn't say anything so we told him to leave. Comes back later and kills me for no reason as I'm nourishing my seeds.
Tries to steal my neighbors solar panel so I point my gun at him and demand him to leave, still doesn't talk, pulls out his gun without fearing for his life at gun point.
Comes back with his friend to RDM again, basically circling my house waiting to see me again so they can RDM

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report

ID 83148 will receive a punishment for RDM
ID 10020 will receive a punishment for UB

This is clear RDM from ID 83147 but regards to the punishment towards ID 10020 you cannot just pulled out a drone out of nowhere there must be a logical reason on how you got the drone before pulling it out​
