i get provoked big time in the pov as seen. i receive punishment for RDM? Where as he doesn't get no punishment for Provoking???

Provoking - Purposely annoying/irritating players to get a reaction from them.

Also him calling someone "Monkey" goes under the catagory of being racist. so where is his punishments from several rule breaks?
