2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A- I want to get a experience as a Ballas leader Leader because it will be great for my RP experience and rp future because i will be accepted everywhere,i also would love to get all of my Friends in the gang together so we will stick together
B- I also want to get a 100% Capture (i have a turf team ) Which will help us to get 100% turf , my turf team have been turfing on the EN 2 against bolos we were winning most of them till we split up
C- I would love to Give chance to new and old player so they will have greatest experience , from what they had , i will give them a chance to learn how to do proper FZ raid , proper negotiation (store robberies and hostage situations) , also would love to teach them how to play in team (they will learn it in clanD because i think that cland is best proper event)
D- I think that i have all valuable skills to be a leader such as - Good english understanding , i am not being toxic , i am listening to the curators , there will be no problem in hosting global events atleast once in a two weeks , i also think that from the previous experiences i gained Leadership skill I ve been a deputy in many gang , ive gained tons of experience , ive been playing on grand rp since 2019 i started my own rp life on Grand rp (russian 2) i couldnt understand anything at first but then i started playing on EN 1 and ive met a lot of people gained more experience and etc , then i continued playing rp on EN 2 and i think that ive met a wonderful ppl which will give a gang a greatest chain of command and people
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1) - To improve the RolePlay First of all we need to know rules (PG , MG ,NLR and ETC) so they can join a gang and not give us warnings
2) - Ive got my own turf team which will give us 100% so there will be no problem in getting a 100% turf
3) - I will make a role on discord which will be given to a recruiters (recruitment team type of thing) so RP will be advanced
4) - We will get a graffiti point more then 8k.
5) - Me and my Organization members will rob the people,we will work together,we will make the FZ raids,Store robberies,we will attend all events such as cland,submarineand and other things. So if i will be a leader of the Ballas gang this organization will be a most interesting,strong,active and best then other legal organizations.
