Life Story:
Kyle was born in America his father moved out to Las Vegas for a good employment opportunity and got a job as a teacher, He has a brother who is studying at a collage , and a drug addict .Kyle as completed his graduation and liked the gun culture so he started to work for the gangs by helping them with the information and illegal stuff , by doing all this activities he earned some petty cash and had some good high level contacts. after some months Kyle's father came to know about all of this and warned him not to involve in any illegal activites ,so he started to study hard and get some good collage admissions .then also Kyle had intrest in the gun culture so, he decided to join as an SAHP Officer
Career Story:
Kyle was a good and honest SAHP officer who was doing good for the city and the society .he worked so hard from low LEVEL officer ,and started to spent more time in the organization and gradually after working for several months of experience he was promoted to a HIGH RANK SAHP OFFICER. Some of the gangs , with whom Kyle has worked in his teenage came up to him for some important information ,but Kyle denied all the offers which he got . After several years ,Kyle's brother has fallen ill due to usage on drugs and narcotic's .The gangs came to know about his brothers health and his financial status. Kyle was just a salaried employee and a single earning person for the whole family ,who was not able to provide proper medical treatement ,then also he took his brother to many hospitals for a good rehabilitation process by taking large amount of debts and finances ,but nothing worked out. the gangs showed up again and offered Kyle a lump some amount of money for each information which he gives to the gang ,Kyle could not decline the offer because he need the money for his brothers treatement and to pay off all the debts. Kyle after considering all his financial position and his brothers health Kyle has started to take bribes and help the gang members and suspects
OutComes:
1- Kyle will use any weapon legal or illegal to defend himself in a shootout situation ( Note: if it's an organization weaponry using it in a personal situation is not allowed )
2- Kyle will take bribes up to 100k ( since state rules got updated )
3- While off duty Kyle will use his personal radio that is connected to SAHP network known as radio frequency
4- Kyle is able to get a tattoo on any part of his body
5- In his spare time Kyle can go to the ghetto to shoot/kill people for fun or to save his friends and all due to his love in violence
