Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.​

• You were given a chance to remove your mask but you did not. They are allowed to unmask you for further detention into the penal colony. Even if the officer did not separately remove the mask scriptly you would have lost it when he would have scriptly arrested you. Which is why he was asking you to remove it. There are no rule violations here.​
