Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1, I want to be leader of this organization because I not only have a lot of experience in gangs (leadership on EN 1 and 2) but I also want to make it so that bloods can have a successful leadership that lasts an entire term. I want to most notably state that during my last deputy position in Ballas on this server my turf posts were on par with the rules and I want to make it so that my entire gang stays cohesive with the rules of the server.
2, I want to be leader of this organization because I truly believe that I can create a place where people from all over the world, regardless of any language barrier or challenges can come to and have fun with the various events that I plan to do, and I would like to encourage people to help out with gang activities in anyway they can and appreciation will be given regardless.
3, I want to be leader of this organization because I have full confidence in my abilities and the abilities of my friends to do what is right by the members of the gang but also do what is right by the rules of the server, I think it is pretty evident if you do enough digging into my past positions in gangs and you will see that not only am I capable of doing what I am supposed to, but I genuinely enjoy leadership and creating an environment that has fun but also follows server rules.
Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization is that all members of the gang need to be able to communicate with each other so that we can become a gang that not only is efficient in working together but also a gang that is able to be efficient in winning gang events. I would like to add that no matter the outcome of this report I would like to express the importance of communication between org members because it goes a very long way when trying to accomplish a task.
