this is my pov you can clearly heard that i tell him to leave but he start giving command back and also i kill him not his friends they start shoting first you see clearly they r the one who shot me firts not me ( 4072 and 61980 )

61980 Didn't shot a single bullet before his friends got fired by 28943, And you can see in my POV intentionally 28943 came from behind of us and shoot on us, Admin you can refer this in my POV.

Dear Admin Alan Dust you can see in this video it's against of GR-6.8 ( It is restricted to do any amoral action in relation to an unconscious person) and it's also against of GR - 6.15 ( Outside of the Ghetto you should to give warning and also give him 5 seconds) but in this proof id- 28943, he did not give him 5 second so it's not a proper warning.

According to 6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. In my video i start giving command and after 5 sec i shot him that is not written in the rules that i have to say i give you 5 sec the rule is if they don't listen to demand i can shot them within 5 sec don't teach me the rules and don't interfere here admins will handle this thing
