2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
(A) - First of all I would like to have an experience as a Legal org leader and i think that I have all valuable skills for it, f.e I,ve been a HC in many legal orgs such as FIB ,LSPD , NG and etc
(B) - I want to keep city safe from criminal structure acts , So people will value me and our employees
(C) - I would like to have a term without any warnings so i can prove myself that I will be a greatest leader
(D) - I would like to fix all of the problems in the LSPD which were happened in last terms
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
(A) - Creating Divisions which will help the organisation to be better
(B) - Strictly controlling employees with Special department (IA) so no one does something wrong and also using the strike system
(C) - Protecting city as much as we can by doing Drug busts , weapon busts , spec operations , doing ghetto patrols ,
(D) Training our employees not only by phisically also with tests which will be taken before giving them actual rank
(E) - Doing as much as gun license and health insurance check
