Hello there
I just started grand rp and since it hasn't been a month since I started, I didn't know most of the rules and I made an effort to learn and research the rules every day.
I really wasn't aware of the mistake I made, I didn't even know that the robot was banned in the game, but I am aware and aware of how serious the mistake I made is, because of this mistake, my account was closed for 2 months as a gymbot.

please i would be very happy if you had a chance to lighten my punishment a little because it was the first time i did an irregularity in the game and i could definitely promise that i will never make this mistake like this again i am really sorry for the irregularity i have done.

I'm 30 years old and I started this game not for breaking rules, just for fun. I realized my mistake a little late. You can be absolutely sure that it will not happen again.

I'm just asking for some mitigation of punishment.

Cheating cases are not appealable, using macro or any software to get advantage is considered as cheating.​
