I was given a warning because i reported someone for shooting me without demands, and i thought since he shot at me that gives me the power to shoot back because it wouldn't make any sense to give him demands while he is shooting at me, and i also didn't want to just let him kill me for the report.

Okay so my only option is to give someone who is already shooting at me demands?... That's an interesting way to make it RP... Or perhaps just surrender the parachute and run away like?... I shot him because he didn't give demands and shot me, so his shots are usually enough reason for me to return fire don't you think?
