i was driving i had an accident then i stopped ahead i was going to my house.He asked me for a passport for no reason and tried to search me for no reason.Although I did not have a gun in my hand even though I explained the situation, he handcuffed my hand and put it in the vehicle.

4. He searches you and finds illegal items. Which give him full right to arrest you.
