2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A- I want to be a leader of ballas because i want to prove myself that i can be a first leader of ballas on EN 3 without any warnings
B- I want to have a great name in city so after my term i will have a good name
C- I would love my org members to have a greatest Gang experience also RPly and also by communications , For example good leader means a good team and org because without a good communication i think there will be no good org/team
D- I think ive got a great skills to be worthy as a leader i have a lot of experience in Gang type of organisations , ive started my grand rp life in 2019 (russian grandrp ) then i got to EN 1 in 2020 and since that ive been building my career , i think i have all the skills such as leadership skills, i am strict and friendly , and etc
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
A- doing as much as events and attending all of the events such as submarine , battleship , robbery of inchantments , Captures , FZ raids , store robberies and etc
B- doing as much as Global events so e will have a great reputation i know that i can do atleast once per two weeks but why not do it more? what is stopping us? nothing, exactly nothing
C- coloring the whole ghetto in purple so a lot of people see us , you wanna ask why? ill tell you , just because when they see us that we are taking over the ghetto , everyone will come to the gang
D - Doing as much as hostage situations we are capable of
E- keeping graffiti point more than 7k
