First of all, I want to be a leader of this specific organization because of my previous affiliation with the Ballas gang. I've been in this kind of roleplay in previous servers and I got a positive feedback in my roleplay activities. I have proved to be a great leader and I am able to do that here as well. I have a good method of choosing my members and the requirements will be well selected.
Secondly, my roleplay experience will turn the gang into a well built, structured and active organization. I have many ideas that can improve the rp of the gang and as well I will be collecting constant feedback from members and other organizations so I can further work on the development of the gang. I've been playing on rp servers for over 5 years on the fivem platform and recently turned to ragemp.
In the third place, I really enjoy the server and currently I am active over 8 hours a day. In my opinion activity is a very strong aspect in being a leader, because you must be with your members at all times watching over them. I will continue to be active and take care of the gang if I will be chosen as a leader. I also have a base of members that I will bring along as my high command, people like me that will contribute to the development of the gang.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
I have a lot of ideas to improve the roleplay level in the organization. I will perform daily trainings with the members as well as offer them bonuses for participation. I will organize events often with prizes and awards. We will participate to most of the organization events and also organize our own events such as: drug transports, parties, weapon transports and many other roleplay ideas that I have. We will organize ghetto runs and try to interact as much as we can with other organizations. I have plenty of ideas that I would like to show you if I will be chosen as the leader of the organization
