2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation) I want to be the leader of this specific organization because of few reasons:
I want to start by saying, the reason I want to lead an illegal organization is mostly because the moment I joined grp gangs were my passion and desire. Eventually I became gangster ,I started to get high ranked and eventually it came to the point when I mostly lead gangs more than the leaders themselves , within the experience i got in several terms in city1 I can say with certainty I have the right knowledge and experience for this position, in my past time I've gotten experience rp’ing and also I learned everything about events,raids,robberies, and everything I need to be a successful leader . And As an ex HC of legal orgs I want to try and use they’re form of training members before they become an “official gangster” I just to make sure all my members are experienced enough before they start they’re “career” in my gang or others, also by this form hopefully my gang is going to stay with no warnings throughout my entire first term, and maybe getting a second term as well ,(but let’s not go to far and stay at the present)
Your advices for improving Role-play level in organization-
To improve rp and playing level I would start by trying to be the one leading events personally as much as I can, to make sure my HC are doing a good work and setting an example as a leader to my entire org. making as many store/gun robberies and hostage situations to be able to provide for my gang. and also doing at least 3/4 FZ raids a week.
ADITIONAL TRAINING- as I said I’m planning to do specific new members training , the training will be lead by a very specific and experienced group of members In my organization. By this form of training, I can make sure I have lots of experienced members and a good turfing team, so my gang would have the best people to help assist and lead the gangs in this city!
Also- I’m planning to make some kind of peace around the gangs when needed, i belive just like LEO are working together gangs should do asw, in order to become strong together! (examples: 1. after hosting a hostage situation have ur fellow gangs ready for the shootout so everyone can enjoy some nice loot (; [ofc only in ghetto/ out of city]
2. in events such as subs, make a plan before the event starts and with that get a better winning rate.
My Targets/goals for my gang: making my gang the most successful and feared gang in this city, getting terrorist org,
leading turfs in the city,
giving fair opportunities to ppl without looking if they don’t have a past experience (mostly on turf team)
Leading events and ghetto, and just being the strongest in the city!
Getting 100% turf, I already have a very successful group of friends that are willing to go and get the 100%!
and mostly to have fun because after all most of us came to this GRAND to have a good time and enjoy.
