2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. when I was new to the city I always wanted to be a criminal so I joined Ballas but my first experience with Ballas wasn't great so I left and went to Legal Orgs Like SAHP, LSPD, NG, FIB and more but after a while I got bored of legal orgs so I gave Ballas another shot and this time it was great I met new people learned more about gangs that I Didn't know before. I got higher and higher in the gang due to my commitment, knowledge and perveance towards the gang. I also learned new things that I never knew before so I help other gang members to learn what do it so I started to get a lot of respect in the gang not only buy the members but also the leader of the gang at the time. So I want to take the next step in helping the Ballas Gang
2. Ballas is Looked down by most other Gangs and legal orgs but I want to change that so when people see the Ballas gang they run and hide but there will still be some people who will try to stand up to Ballas but I will make them stand down due to our numbers, good fighters and good knowledge.
Also my Spray team, Turf team and High Command will be picked very careful by me to insure that we work together perfectly and so no rules are broken by anyone at all. My goals for my spray team is to have the max profit for the sprays every hour and everyday.
My goals for my Turf team will be to win ever turf we do without failing.
My goals for my High Command will be to insure that everyone is following the rules, having fun and keeping everything correct while I am not there

Most people who join a gang want to do illegal stuff so that involves robbing, taking hostage and stealing stuff but some people don't how to rob so that's where me and my high command step in to teach gang members how to do illegal stuff without breaking the rules.
Gang members wont be given high ranks randomly they will have to make there way up the ranks by going to events being helpful and not breaking rules that can lead to a gang warning.
There wont be any special treatment for anyone even HC if they do something wrong they will get demoted, kicked or black listed pending on the thing that they did wrong.
My Goal for The Ballas Gang is to be feared by everyone and to win all the events that we can without rule breaks
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Actively doing RP situations without breaking rules
- Owning every turf without breaking rules.
- Making RP more fun and proper for LEO's and the Ballas Gang without breaking rules.
- Helping new members to the gang to reach their goals and helping them learn the rules.
- Making the gang the most active gang out there.
- Making sure no one in the gang breaks the rules
